Now, let's make a box that contains a robot controller and batteries.

First, cut 1T aluminium as shown below.


And, bend it to be a box-shape.

Then, make another aluminium plate figure to cover the box.

Bend the four corners so that a controller can be set in tight later.

Stick the box with bolts and nuts to the robot frame that we've finished before.

Load it with the battery set.

Then, set the controller onto the cover by bending the four edges. Before you do this, it is highly recommended that you put some insulation such as rubber plate in between.

Finally, fix the cover with bolts and nuts, then the controller box finishes.
