Inside the back, two crucial elements of the robot will be inserted: a micro controller and a Li-poly battery.





It begins with the aluminium plane figure below.

Bend it into a shape of a back as in the picture below.

Before the back-shaped plane covers the internal frame of the robot, a micro controller that moves the robot should be inserted.

I originally wanted to design and make a robot controller by myself, but I gave up the plan after I realized it would delay my work schedule greatly. The below picture shows a robot controller which I bought from a Internet robot shopping mall.

Connecting the controller, assemble the back-shape plane to the upper part of the robot with bolts.

If assembled rightly, the back plane will fix the robot controller tightly so that it cannot move outside.

Now, the chest that will guard the other side of the robot remains.
