[Robot Armor 4] Shoulder

Now, make the shoulder armor and combine it to the robot.

First, the inside armor. Cut 1T aluminium plane and drill holes.

Bend the plane in order for a robot motor to be fit in.

Then, combine the inside-armor the the robot shoulder with bolts.

Now, the exterior. Use 0.2T aluminium.

Make the shape of shoulder armor, following the development figure above.

Cover the all leaking parts with masking tape, and plaster epoxy adhesive inside the armor.

Now, make the ornament that is to be put on the shoulder. It becomes the sign of offense and defense in the movie, the Miners' League.

Bend the 1T plane figure above and make 1mm holes on the sides.

Also, bend the 1T figure below and make 1mm holes.

Then, combine the two with an iron pin as below.

Before attach the ornament to the shoulder armor, you'd better sandpaper the rough sides. Also, the pin-closing job should be put off until the painting work finishes.
