Aluminium cutting

First of all, draw the plane figures on the aluminium plates according to the robot figure.

Then, cut the figures with a jigsaw.

Finally, drill all the points where the bolts should be put into(2mm in diameter).

Now, the preliminary steps finished, and the robot-making process will begin. It will proceed from the bottom to the top, that is, from the foot to the head.
